Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be an exceptional Marketing Manager who will be able to multiply our expanding marketing reach by taking responsibility for Nagwa’s marketing initiatives and establishing our brand’s presence.


  • Developing and implementing a digital strategy in-line with Nagwa’s marketing and communication strategy, policies, and procedures and identifying specific digital objectives to effectively promote Nagwa’s different products

  • Managing marketing campaigns across online platforms and digital channels to ensure that our products and services meet the customers’ expectations and to build credibility for the Nagwa brand

  • Analyzing brand positioning and audience insights as well as trying to predict future trends to make future campaigns more effective

  • Identifying and creating proactive programs and promotions that are consistent with the company’s objectives to engage the audience within different channels

  • Managing the creation of compelling marketing materials in collaboration with our Creative Design Team to ensure customer attraction and engagement

  • Identifying the most effective channels to implement effective marketing campaigns

  • Measuring and giving reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing it in regard to our goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Conducting market research to identify potential threats and opportunities

  • Adjusting aspects of our marketing strategy to ensure success in both established and emerging markets

  • Fostering internal communication that welcomes information sharing, seeking input from others, and diverse viewpoints

  • Discussing strategies, objectives, and results with the senior management, ensuring that they are consistent with Nagwa's strategy and achieve the desired objectives

  • Handling other non-digital marketing responsibilities

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (qualified chartered marketer is preferable)

  • Experience working within a start-up environment
