Content Project Manager

Egypt Full time Content Translation & Localization In-office

We are looking to hire a Content Project Manager to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing the creation and publication of content and working closely with content developers, editors, translators, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the produced educational content complies with Nagwa’s in-house guidelines and is delivered in a timely manner.


  • Leading the development of educational content and publishing, which includes, but is not limited to, the creation of questions, solutions, and videos to ensure that they are pedagogically sound and that they meet Nagwa’s in-house standards in terms of quality and educational value
  • Leading different Content Development Teams and monitoring their progress through well-defined milestones to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating with software developers and designers to help create and optimize content creation tools and systems
  • Using procedure and style guides to ensure consistency across all content
  • Managing project execution so it adheres to a schedule and scope
  • Managing content development activities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are being maintained
  • Creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment and keeping team members motivated

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, e-learning, instructional design, or any relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
  • Good understanding of scientific content in both Arabic and English
  • Background in digital education, media, or video production is a plus
  • Excellent command of Arabic vocabulary and grammar is a plus
