Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain our brand’s presence in both the national and international digital markets.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting a digital presence strategy through planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to meet Nagwa’s goals and to reach the maximum ROI
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search, SEO, online advertising, and email campaigns to drive demand
  • Coordinating with different teams to create the content needed to promote new products and ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and branding across multiple marketing channels
  • Applying data-driven approaches to analyse, predict, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Reporting to management in a timely manner regarding campaigns’ optimization and follow-up plans
  • Making recommendations based on customer requirements, ensuring prompt response and efficient use of the team’s resources, and referring technical inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Managing all social media platforms to boost brand awareness and purchases through different social media models, such as PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPI, and CPL
  • Monitoring and generating needed reports on performance, campaign charts, ROI, KPI, and marketing strategies based on surrounding circumstances to make weekly and monthly campaign reports
  • Working with designers, copywriters, and social media specialists on assets used for paid media campaigns on a daily and weekly basis

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 3+ years of documented experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic
  • Working in digital education or the high-tech sector is a plus (give links to profiles as examples)
  • Excellent knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience in B2C & B2B marketing is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting content, both graphics and text
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms and their marketing capabilities and trends
  • Google Ads Certificate is preferred
  • Have experience in using different social listening tools and ads optimization tools
  • Affiliate marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience in working on different media buying platforms as Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
