Receptionist
We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for welcoming and guiding Nagwa’s visitors at the building’s reception area in a professional manner, which will reflect the company’s image and will create an excellent early experience for visitors. They shall handle administrative activities and duties, including general clerical and project-based work.
Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting company visitors and walk-ins in an appropriate and professional manner

Welcoming and assisting new hires on their first day and directing them to their onboarding process and location

Answering outcoming calls and handling them in an appropriate and professional manner

Handling inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions

Handling work emails and inquiries
-
Delivering administrative reports to the Administration Manager

Maintaining and arranging requested meeting room bookings and making the needed arrangements

Performing general clerical duties, including, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

Maintaining a hard copy and an electronic filing system when needed

Handling and signing for any courier packages and making necessary distributions

Continuously helping improve the departmental performance by introducing new, applicable, and profitable ideas and initiatives and creative problem solutions

Performing any other responsibilities assigned to them by the company
Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

0–2 years of relevant administration experience

Excellent command of the English language
