We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the strategic alignment between the organization’s goals and the development of marketing campaigns to achieve those goals by designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the organizational growth of the company’s services and products as well as measuring the ROI of online campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing strategies and design digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across all relevant digital and social channels

  • Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses to improve e-performance and traffic and increase ROAs

  • Monitor needed reports on performance and campaign charts, ROI, KPI, and marketing strategies based on surrounding circumstances to make weekly and monthly campaign reports

  • Understand customer journeys and track their behavior

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering the international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a relevant discipline

  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of tracking tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding KPIs

  • App install ads experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices
