We are looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the strategic alignment between the organization’s goals and the development of marketing campaigns to achieve those goals by designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the organizational growth of the company’s services and products as well as measuring the ROI of online campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing strategies and design digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across all relevant digital and social channels

  • Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses to improve performance and traffic and increase ROAs

  • Monitor needed reports on performance and campaign charts, ROI, KPI, and marketing strategies based on surrounding circumstances to make weekly and monthly campaign reports

  • Understand and craft customer journeys and build the tracking system to track their behavior

  • Craft a digital presence strategy through the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to achieve the organization’s goals and to reach the maximum ROI

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering the international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement

  • Provide guidance and support to other team members

     

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding KPIs

  • Strong understanding of tracking tools, pixel setup, and creating events

  • Programmatic ads experience is a plus

  • Experience in app install ads or E-commerce platforms is required

  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
