End user Tester
We are looking to hire a Front-End Tester to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for conducting testing activities including analysis, design, implementation, and reporting to represent our customer (end user) and validate that the technology solutions used meet our approved business requirements and functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
- Analysing user requirements and designing documents and other forms of documentation to develop detailed test cases
- Reporting issues through a bug-tracking system
- Documenting, tracking, and communicating test plans, results, analysis, and unresolved problems
- Cooperating with the Development Team and customers to clearly understand our application's requirements and functionality to help determine test cases and clearly communicate issues found
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or any relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in software testing
- Solid understanding of user stories and test case writing
- First-hand experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, TFS, Azure, or similar tools
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Good command of English
