Customer Success Specialist

We are looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sustainable proven value for both our customers and Nagwa and for ensuring customer retention by making sure people are satisfied with the products and services they receive. Furthermore, they shall address their concerns, inquiries, and suggestions in order to achieve fluent communication and a strong business relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Providing product support service to customers, whether on-premises, over the phone, or on the Internet

  • Developing and maintaining smooth and strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention

  • Addressing customer’s complaints, suggestions, and requests

  • Providing customer training and education on company products and services, whether on-premises, over the phone, or on the Internet

  • Following up on customers’ contract renewals

  • Developing and implementing a well-planned customer onboarding program

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent command of English
