Technical Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will not only contribute to our ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns, but will also apply your technical skills in creating, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to harness your analytical skills in interpreting market data and customer signals while using your creativity to enhance our marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Design, oversee, and analyze performance metrics for digital and social media campaigns across diverse platforms

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and fine-tuning within our digital marketing channels

  • Employ digital marketing tools and CRM systems to develop and execute effective and data-driven strategies

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance and engagement

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, customer needs, and industry trends

  • Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm content for our digital channels

Qualifications & Skills

The following qualifications and skills are preferable for this role:

  • Experience and enthusiasm for digital marketing

  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills (including data visualisation, digital analytics etc.)

  • Understanding of digital advertising, including SEM, social media trends etc.

  • Digital marketing domain experience (proficiency in Google Ads preferred but not essential)

  • Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate analytical data into strategic marketing initiatives

  • Acute attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Compensation 

This is a full-time (35 hours a week) position based in our Windsor office. The gross annual salary is £35,000-£41,000, and 28 days leave, exclusive of bank holidays.
