Geology Content Developer
We are looking to hire a Geology Content Developer to join us in our mission to educate the world. This freelance role consists of creating clear, engaging, and informative educational text and video content in the English language for our students around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Analyse textbooks and curricula to derive course structure and plan content
- Research, plan and develop extended pieces of text (explainers) to act as the instructional element of a lesson
- Research, plan and develop video content for geology in the English language. This content will guide students through the solution of questions as well as address the learning objectives of a lesson
- Identify and address common misconceptions
- Receive and act upon constructive feedback through our content review process
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in geology
- 2-5 years of experience in geology teaching, academic writing, or content development
- Fluent level of written and spoken English

Compensation
This is a remote freelance position aimed at candidates in the United States. The compensation is $35 (USD) per hour.
