Senior Telesales Specialist

We are looking to hire a Senior Telesales Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for driving and improving our sales activities while promoting our brand, attracting potential users, and meeting our objectives and targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and analysing potential and current client databases to identify new opportunities and growth strategies across different regions
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone and handling inbound and outbound leads
  • Receiving and processing all sales emails and answering sales calls directly from prospect or existing customers with a professional and prompt manner to ensure all inquiries are answered and finalized successfully
  • Facilitating all Nagwa's sales services according to the company's and clients requirements
  • Following up with open quotes on the system in a timely manner
  • Leading the upselling of additional opportunities to clients, where possible, to enhance the clients presence and to increase profit margins
  • Maintaining complete documentation and financial records for all client-related activities
  • Maintaining good long-term relations with customers to ensure maximum user satisfaction
  • Demonstrating full understanding of current marketing and sales campaigns and offers and communicating them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Very good command of the English language
