Sales and Customer Success Trainer

We are looking to hire a Sales and Customer Success Trainer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for the newly hired members of our Sales and Customer Success Team to increase the overall performance and ensure that they have the required skills to achieve our growth goals.


  • Developing and managing the Nagwa Sales and Customer Success Academy to ensure that our newly hired employees are well prepared for achieving our goals
  • Collaborating with the Growth Unit leaders to design and create effective training materials and programs related to teaching techniques, modern education systems, technology utilization, effective sales and customer success techniques, and the best
  • practices to help the trainees learn, retain knowledge, and gain new skills
  • Shaping, implementing, and managing a highly effective onboarding road map for new hires to ensure that they achieve the required results
  • Coaching the newly hired Sales and Customer Success team members to ensure that the training plan and the best practices are implemented and measured
  • Coordinating individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses to maximize the effectiveness of the Growth Team by determining and meeting training needs
  • Coordinating and conducting the internship training programs to participate in the trainees evaluation and selection process
  • Collecting feedback from trainees and managers to identify the issues they had during the process and working on solving them and continuously enhancing the process
  • Keeping training programs up to date, vibrant, and entertaining to maintain the trainees engagement

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a trainer
  • 3+ years of experience in the sales and customer success field
  • Good understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of e-learning software is an asset
  • A Training of Trainers Certificate is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
