Senior Arabic Translator (Full-Time/Part-Time/Freelance)
We are looking to hire a Senior Arabic Translator to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating content from English to Arabic while making sure to maintaining the original meaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and understand the context of given content
- Translate content from English to Arabic making sure to preserve the original meaning
- Localize Arabic content to match different Arabic-speaking locals
- Adhere to Nagwa's in-house style guide and glossaries
- Research scientific notations and terms across different Arabic speaking locals to achieve the best quality
- Proofread, edit, and revise translated content
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic
- Excellent knowledge of translation and editing techniques
- Background in content localization is a plus
- Knowledge of different Arab cultures is a plus

COMPENSATION
The monthly net salary offered for this position is up to 10,200 EGP.
