Product Knowledge Trainer
We are looking to hire a Product Knowledge Trainer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating training programs in a way that makes them interesting and useful to our clients to ensure that they fully understand our products and to help them in the process of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and conducting the clients’ onboarding training sessions to make sure that the client fully understands the company’s products and services
- Providing detailed walk-throughs for the clients and assisting them in their first use of the products and services to ensure the clients’ complete understanding and the highest efficiency of usage
- Recording the clients’ requests, feedback, and questions and communicating them with the Customer Success and Sales Teams for coordination and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to understand and identify the needs and goals of new clients
- Supporting the ongoing learning and development process of customers by serving as an education technology expert
- Utilizing a variety of training tools, including guide videos, guide manuals, and product tours to enhance the learning experience
- Keeping training programs up to the market updates, vibrant, and entertaining to maintain the trainees’ engagement
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1+ years of proven experience as a trainer
- Good understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Knowledge of e-learning software is an asset
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
